The Larkin Center of Commerce is the perfect setting for any gathering. Whether it’s an office party, a charity or fundraising event or even a large corporate training session, we offer a variety of shared and communal spaces for both indoor and outdoor events. Our ample parking, heated sidewalks for Buffalo winters and inviting retail storefronts will give your guests a taste of the unexpected.
Updated AV capabilities include 75" mobile TV's, mobile and stationary projection screens, projectors, microphone/speaker, and bluetooth conference phones.
Larkin Lounge
The Larkin Lounge is located on the first floor with a historic view of the Larkin Gallery. 12 executive armchairs surround the large modular table, having the ability to split into six person meeting spaces. An additional six club chairs and two coffee tables allow for a casual gathering as well. A 75" TV, conference phone and WiFi is available upon request.

The Larkin Idea Conference Room
The Larkin Idea Conference Room is our original second floor meeting space and features a built in projection screen and conference phone. The conference table seats eight with a total room capacity of 16. A projector, 75" TV and WiFi are available upon request.
Founders Conference Center
The Founders Conference Center is our most versatile option; accommodating group training sessions, company parties and high profile press events. A kitchenette and bar are provided for your convenience. Built-in and mobile projections screens and projectors allow for views from all angles. Countless seating arrangements can accommodate up to 150, while mingling type events will serve upwards of 250 guests. WiFi coming soon!

Event Center@Larkin
The Event Center@Larkin has served events of over 400 guests. Tall ceilings, wide open space and city views will showcase your event. A mobile bar, exclusive restrooms and AV packages provided the necessities.

Events like our monthly Mix & Mingle allow existing tenants to interact, exchange ideas and network amongst themselves.
